Keeps track of a distinct history of all financial transactions for each individual client/patient and maps every transaction to a few "brick-and-mortar" consolidated bank accounts managed by the service provider agency.
Has sophisticated transaction-level, supervisor approval functionality, can consolidate and track hundreds of transactions as a single check, can perform detailed bank reconciliations, and automatically generate state-mandated reports.
We created every aspect of the system including the data model, user interface, data entry screens, security, different levels of functionality by login, integration with financial software, and automated reports.
Integrated the system with our client's financial accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains), to automatically print and track magnetic-encoded Mekorma MICR checks for additional security.
Worked closely with inhouse IS staff to coordinate SQL Server configuration and rollout of initial system and subsequent versions.
Our client's administrative costs have decreased significantly due to our work flow automation and logic-driven checks and balances that ensure data accuracy.
